Refundable breakage deposit (Compulsory)

Apartment is fully equipped, please inform your host of any damages or breakages on check-out.

You will be liable for any damage or breakages that exceed the breakage deposit.

Should the establishment be in order & there are no damages or breakages, breakage deposits are refundable up to 24 hours after the end of stay or the balance based on the breakages will be refunded to you within 5 days.
