Your host, for the duration of your stay, will meet you at the property, please be respectful in arranging a time between 2pm and 5pm to check in.
· A R1000 Refundable Breakage deposit is payable prior to check in.
o PayFast (please be aware that this option has a R 100 transaction fee, you can transfer R 1 100 of which R 1000 is refundable on confirmation of no breakages or damages) https://payf.st/l3m45.
· Apartment is fully equipped, please inform your host of any damages or breakages on check-out
We do not charge a Breakage Deposit for reservations made through AirBnB
· The kitchen has a dishwasher and a washing machine. You are free to use this provided you purchase the dishwashing tablets and washing machine AUTO liquid or powder.
· Dishwashing liquid has been provided for you on the kitchen sink (please do not place this in the dishwasher, for hand washing purposes only).
· Tea, Coffee and Sugar is provided once off for your stay.
· Parking is reserved for all guests in parking bay 8 or Unit 12, which is a tandem parking bay. Any illegal parking will be clamped and charged a R 1 000 release fee, so please ensure that you make use of the bay reserved for you.
· Strictly NO HOOTING.
· Please ensure that the electronic complex entry gate closes behind you when entering and exiting.
· On arrival you will receive 1 access gate remote and a smart card to access the apartment (loss of the smart card and remote will incur a R 1000 fee).
For guests who have booked for 2 couples requiring individual access, please inform your host, who will arrange an additional access remote and a registered fingerprint to access the apartment.
· WiFi is available and details are provided inside the apartment. · You may use online shopping apps such as Checkers or the Woolworths Dash app who deliver within 1 hour.
· The gas stove has already been filled and switched on, ready to use.
· The oven uses electricity and has been switched on.
· Please ensure that the kettle has water in it before you switch it on.
· Towels and bedding are provided in each guest bedroom and bathroom and can be washed in the washing machine for cleaning and re-use, alternatively you may book the cleaning service for an additional R370 per day.
· Please feel free to move chairs to the balcony, however, please place them back inside at the end of the evening.
· The Weber uses gas which will need to be opened before use.
o To open the gas release, turn the round dial in the middle of the gas canister to the left
o To close the gas release, turn the round dial in the middle of the gas canister to the right
· To switch the Weber on, push the round lever in and turn to high heat then push the red button to ignite the flame, alternatively there is a long lighter in the cutlery draw should you struggle to ignite.
· To clean the Weber, there is a wire brush for the grid and a plastic scraper for the inside of the Weber.
Ø Scrape fatty particles to the middle allowing to fall into the drip tray
Ø Remove the drip tray
Ø Remove the foil from the drip tray and discard
Ø Return the drip tray to the Weber
· No smoking is permitted in the apartment. You may smoke outside on the balcony where an ashtray has been provided.
· For any trash, there is a Bin area provided in the parking lot area, marked Block B Bin Area
· No Parties or Events are allowed. Please be considerate of the neighbours. Offenders will be removed from the premises immediately and will forfeit the remainder of their booking.
· No pets are allowed
· Please respect check-In (14h00) and Check-Out (10h00) times. You will be charged R 500 extra per hour after Check out time. This will be deducted from your Breakage Deposit.
Please contact your host immediately should you be reasonably unhappy with anything in the apartment and we will try our very best to remedy your concern.
